We are pleased to be able to offer 2 parent workshops the last week of May.

Cst. Winkels, our RCMP Liason Officer, will be with us on Wednesday, May 30th from 6:00 - 6:45 pm in the library.  Cst. Winkels will be speaking on safety issues regarding kids and the use of social media.  Popular platforms such as Snap Chat & Instagram, and the rewards and risks of these platforms will be discussed.  This workshop is intended to empower parents so they can speak to their children about social media and cyber safety.  A question and answer period will follow the presentation.

Tyler van Beers, our school's Family and Behaviour Consultant will be at KBES on Thursday, May 31st from 8:45 - 9:15 am in our library.  Tyler will share tips and strategies with families on how to support emotional regulation with children.

We hope you are able to join us for one, if not both of these workshops.
